We believe in the potential of cryptocurrency, but we also understand the scale of fraud affecting this space. Victims of crypto scams — including pig butchering, investment fraud, and romance scams — often face an uphill battle to recover anything. In most cases, it is impossible for an individual claimant. The criminals are sophisticated, the funds move quickly, and the legal landscape is complex and expensive to navigate.

We exist to help, but we will never mislead you about the difficulty of what you are facing. Recovery is not guaranteed. In many cases, it is not possible. Where it is possible, it is usually slow and costly.

How We Work

Our services — Retrace, Recover, and Revive — are designed as a structured approach to asset tracing and potential recovery. We begin with intelligence and tracing work to understand where your funds went, then assess whether legal or other recovery avenues are realistic.

We work on a contingency basis for our tracing and intelligence fees, meaning we share the risk with you. However, if legal action is required, third-party costs such as solicitor and barrister fees, court fees, and disbursements are separate. High Court proceedings in England and Wales typically start from £10,000 and can be significantly higher for complex or international cases.

We are transparent about costs and prospects from the outset. We will not encourage you to pursue a case we do not believe has a reasonable chance of progress.

A Note of Caution

The crypto recovery space, unfortunately, attracts its own scammers. If any firm promises you guaranteed recovery, or asks for large upfront fees with vague descriptions of what they will do, treat that as a warning sign.
